Ultrasonic Cleaning is the eighth step in the LED display module production line.

Equipment:

Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine: The most appropriate cleaning solution to clean delicate items like jewelry and watch. Yaham use this technology to ensure the quality of led displays.
Principle:
Excess solder and unconsumed flux and residue is sometimes wiped from the soldering iron tip between joints which will be the last thing yaham led display want.

 

The Ultrasonic cleaner removes the unnecessary soldering materials and flux which may cause the tin connecting and short circuit.

Operation:
Toxic Gas Protection is the essential in this process. Yaham put a lot efforts into the working environment protection.

ESD protection:
All the operation have to be processed under ESD protection protocol.
